The Physician Executive Management Center was established in the early 1980s as a consulting arm for the American College of Physician Executives and became an independent company seven years later. Our focus from the beginning has been on the physician executive profession and its growth as a key factor in leadership of health care organizations. We have worked across the nation during the past twenty-six years and assisted hundreds of systems, hospitals, group practices and managed care organizations in finding the right physician executives (such as Chief Medical Officer, Vice President Medical Affairs, Chief Quality Officer, Department Chair, Section Chief, Service Line Medical Director) to provide leadership and to help them be successful.

Jennifer Grebenschikoff, a Principal in our firm, is a regular Faculty Member at the American College of Physician Executives’ meetings.
