Frequently Asked Questions by Physician Executives
Will you find me a job?
Search firms do not find jobs for
candidates. Search firms have contracts with organizations
to help them fill positions. When we begin a search, we review
the credentials you have sent us about yourself and contact
you if we believe your experience may qualify you for that
position.
Do you charge a fee to candidates?
No. No reputable search firm charges
a fee to the candidate. All search expenses are paid by the
client organization.
What information do I need to send you?
So that we may review your credentials
for the searches we do, we recommend you e-mail us your CV
and your resume and your current job description. If you do
not have a resume, e-mail us a list of your accomplishments
and achievements in your current and recent positions. All
the information you send us is absolutely confidential!
When will I hear from you?
We will send you an acknowledgement
when we receive your credentials. Then we will review your
credentials and preferences each time we begin a search. We
will call you or send a note if we see that you might be qualified
or interested in that search. You are welcome to call us anytime.
