MedSolutions (a medical management company) is seeking two Associate Medical
Directors to join its professional multidisciplinary medical management team.
In order to skillfully communicate with MedSolutions’ referring physicians and
provide value to the clinicians who participate with MSI, each candidate must be
fully licensed M.D./D.O. and currently board certified in:
•Obstetrics-gynecology (obstetrics and/or maternal-fetal medicine preferred)
with recent practice experience and a thorough clinical knowledge of imaging
modalities (especially US, MRI and CT) in the management of patients.
OR
•Radiation therapy with recent practice experience and familiarity with the use
of external beam radiation, IMRT, and stereotactic radio-surgery
treatments/therapies in the management of patients.
OR
•Oncology, or Hematology/Oncology, with recent practice experience and
familiarity with the use of all forms of non-surgical cancer treatments and
chemotherapeutic agents; the use of advanced imaging technologies (such as CTs
and PET CTs) in the diagnosis and evaluation of patients with malignancy; broad
clinical experience in the management of patients with cancer; and a good grasp
of the business of oncology practices.
The candidate must be licensed in at least one state, but multiple-state
licensure is highly preferred.
Some experience with managed care delivery systems and a working knowledge of
utilization management, quality improvement and technology assessment activities
are preferred but not required. The successful candidate will have
communication and problem solving skills. And, all candidates will be able to
demonstrate “Basic Computer Literacy” (Windows maneuvers on mousing, editing,
navigation, password creation, etc.), and typing speed and accuracy.
These are fulltime positions. The OBG may work remotely (at your current
location) or onsite (at either the TN or FL location). The Med-Onc may work
onsite at either the TN or FL location. MedSolutions prefers the RT role to be
based at MSI’s Nashville headquarters.
